Salam kenal pak, saya mau tanya bagaimana cara memprogram PABX Panasonic KX-TES824 agar lampu PF button yang ada dioperator menyala saat ada ekstensi yang sedang online, sehingga operator bisa tahu jika ada telepon dari luar dan orang/ekstensi yang dituju sedang sibuk tanpa perlu coba call dulu, terima kasih

Mba Aya pakai Voice Recording System / Voice logger / Perekam Telepon nya menggunakan device apa? ada bebarapa cara, tergantung input/output device yang akan dipakai untuk merekam. Ada yang pakai interface USB untuk mentransfer data suara telepon ke komputer dan hasil rekamannya akan disimpan dalam hard disk komputer sehingga mudah untuk didengarkan kembali di komputer tersebut atau pada komputer lain. Biasanya didalam paket sudah dilengkapi software yang memiliki fitur-fitur seperti menampilkan caller ID atau dial out number, serta mencatat lama dari pembicaraan serta jam dan tanggal pembicaraan.
Alat ini juga memiliki fitur remote replay & monitoring lewat komputer LAN (TCP/IP) dengan menggunakan software remote. Ada juga yang lebih sederhana dan simpel menggunakan interface jack audia standard 3mm atau ada juga yang menggunakan jack RJ11 yang dihubungkan ke Digital Voice Recording portable, jika langsung dihubungkan ke komputer sebenarnya juga bisa, bahkan sudah ada software untuk management line system dan billing systemnya.

sekarang gak bisa di charge kira2 kenapa ya pak?

indikasinya bagaimana pak? lampu indikatornya masih menyala atau mati? jika lampu indikatornya mati kemungkinan rusak ada di desktop chargernya atau di adaptor power supply nya. jika lampu indikatornya masih menyala kemungkinanan rusaknya di battery nya yang rusak, hal tersebut bisa disebabkan karena overcharged, dll. Saran saya jika masih ada garansinya sebaiknya dibawa ke service center nya atau panggil teknisi yang ahlinya.
Ijin tanya pak, di kantor pakai central tipe TES, bagaimana cara seting jika ada tlp masuk bunyinya ada di jack 3 dan jack 7 dan jikahttp://www.ngabidin.web.id/2014/07/tabel-pemrograman-dan-nilai-standar.html?m=1 tidak ada yg angkat dari kedua ext (jack 3 & 7) dering akan pindah ke jack 1. Thank's
